Dear Customer,

This web shop offers an assemblage of some fine bass accessories. I used to sell most of the available products in my workshop here in Germany.
The increasing request of my customers made me set up an online shop on my website where everybody can purchase these items from all over the world.

How to order:

1. Select a category from the main menu on the left side.

2. Choose the article you want to purchase. Click on “MORE DETAILS” to get additional information about this product.

3. If required, select the options. For example: The size and the color of a T-shirt.

4. Type in the amount you want to buy.

5. Click on “ADD TO CART” to add the article to your shopping cart. You'll be able to view the entire contents of your cart with a total amount purchased by clicking on “VIEW CART / ORDER” in the left main menu. In this shopping cart window you can delete items or change the selected amount of each article.

6. Continue shopping with the next product.

How to check out:

7. Click on the left side on “VIEW CART / ORDER”.

8. Click on “CONTINUE TO SSL-CHECKOUT”. You are now entering the secure checkout area. If you want some information about the security of this site, please click on the button: “LEARN WHY THIS IS A SECURE SITE”

9. Enter all required information in the fields. The shipping cost is based on FEDEX international Priority shipping and recalculates automatically after selecting your country.

10. Choose your type of payment:

-If you want to pay by Credit Card, enter the required information and finally click on “PLACE ORDER”. You will receive an Order Confirmation by email.

-If you want to pay by wire transfer, check the “WIRE TRANSFER” checkbox and finally click on “PLACE ORDER”. You will receive an Order Confirmation by email with the bank account data. Please wire the total amount to this account. After receiving your payment, your shipment will be sent.

Shipping
All orders outside Germany will be shipped by FEDEX International Priority. Please allow 4 days - 4 weeks for delivery (depending on product availability).

Returns and Exchanges
You may return anything purchased from the RITTER Accessory shop within 7 days of receipt if you are not completely satisfied for any reason.
Please note that I will refund shipping costs only if the return is a result of my error.
If you need to return an item please contact me at shop@ritter-basses.com for a return authorization.
Exchanges and replacements are subject to product availability. If the product is no longer available I will credit your credit card.

If you don’t want to order via the RITTER Online shop, you can also ask your local Music Store to purchase for you.
